At Midway, your driver meets you curbside at the lower-level arrivals exit, the same level as baggage claim. Look for the Royal Carriage placard at the southwest corner of the pickup island. No circling, no "I'm one minute away" texts.
If your terminal or gate changes mid-flight, we see it in our flight system before your wheels touch down. You do not need to call us. Call (224) 801-3090 only if your plans change entirely.
