We sidestep all of it: your driver tracks the flight, meets you at baggage claim in Terminals 1, 2, or 3 (or Terminal 5 for international exhibitors), and has the car ready while everyone else is still waiting for a match. The 20-mile route takes the Kennedy and Dan Ryan south to the McCormick Place exits, 35 to 60 minutes, and convention mornings with heavy inbound traffic sit at the high end. We drop you at the right building: the West Building on Indiana Avenue, the South or North Buildings, or Lakeside Center, and we know the loading-dock and freight entrances when you're moving show materials rather than walking in the front. Tell us the hall and we route to the entrance that gets you closest.

Transit to McCormick Place from O'Hare means the Blue Line to the Loop, then a transfer to the Metra Electric line down to the McCormick Place station, manageable without bags, far less so when you're carrying booth materials or arriving on the same train as half the show floor. The timing rarely lines up with a flight.
