The route runs the Kennedy Expressway (I-90) straight into the city , 17 miles in 30 to 50 minutes. The Kennedy is the bottleneck: its reversible express lanes flip direction by time of day, and the stretch through the Hubbard's Cave and the junction near the Loop slows hard in the afternoon and on event days, so a 5 p.m. landing rides closer to 50 minutes. We drop you at the exact address, a Loop office tower, a River North hotel, a condo in Streeterville or the West Loop, and your driver knows which lower or upper street level gets you to the door.

The Blue Line does run from O'Hare straight to the Loop, and it's cheap. But it makes a dozen stops, the cars are tight, and you're managing your luggage on stairs and crowded platforms before a walk or transfer to your actual hotel. After a long flight or in a suit before a meeting, that's rarely the arrival you want.
