How the Day Runs
Wedding timelines rarely go exactly to plan, so we build buffer into the schedule instead of pretending every ceremony ends on time. A dedicated coordinator confirms the getting-ready location, ceremony venue, photo stops, and reception venue in advance, then times the wedding party shuttle so nobody is standing outside in formal wear waiting on a car. Out-of-town guests flying in get flight tracking on the same booking, so a delayed inbound doesn't mean a missed transfer.
