Cancellation Policy
We keep things simple and fair. Here's what you need to know.
Our cancellation policy scales with trip size. Sedan and SUV trips cancel free 48+ hours before pickup. Sprinters, limo buses, and party buses need 7+ days notice. Weddings, corporate events, and any booking with 2+ vehicles require a 30% non-refundable deposit and 40-60% downpayment at booking to reserve the fleet. Tier A — Sedans & SUVs
Single-vehicle airport transfers, point-to-point, and hourly bookings. No deposit required.
48+ Hours Before Pickup
FREE — Full RefundCancel for any reason with no penalty. Full refund issued to your original payment method.
24–48 Hours Before Pickup
50% ChargeFinal fee depends on distance and trip value. Remaining balance refunded. Long-distance or high-value trips may incur the full charge at our discretion.
Less Than 24 Hours / No-Show
Full ChargeDriver and vehicle have been dispatched or reserved. Full booking amount applies.
Tier B — Sprinters, Limo Buses & Party Buses
Single larger vehicle (10-30+ passengers). These vehicles are harder to rebook on short notice.
7+ Days Before Pickup
FREE — Full RefundCancel with no penalty. Deposit fully refunded.
3–7 Days Before Pickup
50% RefundHalf of the booking total is forfeit — the rest refunded.
Less Than 72 Hours / No-Show
Full ChargeDeposit forfeit. Full booking amount applies.
Tier C — Weddings, Corporate Events & Multi-Vehicle Bookings
Any booking with 2+ vehicles, weddings, and corporate events with dedicated fleet reservation.
Required at Booking
- 30% non-refundable deposit secures the fleet and removes those vehicles from availability for your date.
- 40–60% downpayment due at booking (the deposit counts toward this). Final balance due 14 days before the event.
- A signed event contract confirms vehicle count, service hours, itinerary, and cancellation terms.
30+ Days Before Event
Deposit Forfeit, Balance RefundedThe 30% deposit is non-refundable (vehicles were held and revenue was turned away). Anything paid beyond the deposit is refunded. Date changes considered subject to fleet availability.
14–30 Days Before Event
Deposit + 50% BalanceDeposit forfeit plus 50% of the remaining balance. Remaining 50% refunded.
Less Than 14 Days / No-Show
Full ChargeFull event total charged. Drivers and vehicles have been dedicated to your date and cannot be rebooked.
Weather & Emergency Exceptions
In cases of severe weather (blizzards, ice storms, tornado warnings) or declared emergencies that make travel unsafe, cancellation fees are waived regardless of timing. Flight cancellations verified through our tracking system also qualify for a full waiver.

Free Modifications
Sedan/SUV trips: free modifications 24+ hours before pickup, subject to vehicle availability. Larger vehicles (Sprinter, limo bus, party bus): free modifications 72+ hours before pickup. Weddings and multi-vehicle events: itinerary and timing changes welcome up to 7 days before your event; vehicle count or date changes considered subject to fleet availability and may incur additional fees if new vehicles must be added.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Credit card refunds may take an additional 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement depending on your bank. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
