We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead for sedans and SUVs, and 2-4 weeks ahead for stretch limos, party buses, and wedding packages. Same-day bookings are available based on fleet availability.

Cancellation is free 3+ days before pickup for sedans and SUVs; 24 hours–3 days out, a 50% charge applies; within 24 hours or no-show, the full fare applies. Larger vehicles and weddings have longer windows, see our Cancellation Policy. Refunds return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Absolutely. We handle groups from 1 to 45 passengers. For large events, we coordinate multiple vehicles with a dedicated dispatcher.

Yes. Royal Carriage provides complimentary rear-facing infant seats, forward-facing child seats, and booster seats. Request your preferred type when booking and we'll have it installed before pickup.

Absolutely. Food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome in all vehicles. Alcoholic beverages are permitted in stretch limos and party buses. We just ask that you avoid red wine on light leather.

Yes. We provide service to and from O'Hare International (ORD) and Midway International (MDW), plus private aviation terminals.

Yes, we monitor every inbound flight in real time. If your flight is early or delayed, we adjust automatically.

Airport pickups include 60 minutes of free wait after the chauffeur arrives, at O'Hare, Midway, and other airports. After that, a sedan or SUV is $1 a minute and a stretch, Sprinter, mini bus, party bus, or coach is $2 a minute.

Sedan to O'Hare or Midway is $115. Lincoln Navigator or Suburban $140, Escalade ESV airport $180. All rates are quoted upfront, weekday savings Mon–Thu. Call (224) 801-3090.

Your chauffeur tracks your flight and arrives before you land. For Terminal 1-3, meet at the lower-level arrivals curb. For Terminal 5 (international), meet at Door 5E. You'll receive a text with your driver's name, photo, and exact location.

We track every flight in real time and adjust automatically. Your 60-minute complimentary wait time starts when your plane actually touches down, not the original scheduled arrival. No extra charge for delays.

Executive sedans (Lincoln Continental, Cadillac CT6, Mercedes S-Class), SUVs (Cadillac Escalade ESV, Lincoln Navigator), Sprinter vans, stretch limousines, party buses, and motor coaches.

Sedans seat up to 3, SUVs up to 6, Sprinter vans up to 14, stretch limos up to 10, and party buses up to 30-40 passengers.

All vehicles include bottled water, phone chargers, climate control, and leather seating. Premium vehicles add WiFi, privacy partitions, and entertainment systems.

Yes, we provide complimentary child car seats and booster seats upon request.

Airport transfers are quoted upfront based on distance. Hourly charters have per-hour rates with vehicle-specific minimums (typically 2-3 hours).

A 6% card fee shows before you pay. Gratuity is not added. The booking form shows the fare for your date.

Your rate is locked when you book, and the booking form shows the exact total for your date before you pay. Mon–Thu trips save 10% automatically. Unlike rideshare apps, nothing changes after you book.

Net-30 invoicing is arranged by phone. There is no automatic percent off the published rates. Call (224) 801-3090.

Unless a different deposit is set on that reservation, 40% is due at booking, or you can pay in full. Every trip must be paid in full 7 days before pickup, or the reservation is cancelled. A trip booked inside 7 days is paid in full at booking. A vehicle bigger than an SUV, and a wedding or other large event day, is paid in full when it is confirmed, including a date a month or two away. See the Cancellation Policy for the refund schedule.

Industry standard is 15-20% of the total fare at operators that charge gratuity. Royal Carriage fares are upfront. Gratuity is not added. Fees show before you pay. We never add a gratuity. Any tip is your choice and goes directly to your chauffeur.

Yes. Illinois law allows passengers to consume alcohol in a chauffeured limousine. We provide glassware and ice in all stretch limos and party buses. The driver never consumes alcohol.

Smoking is not permitted in any Royal Carriage vehicle. This includes cigarettes, cigars, and vaping. A $250 cleaning fee applies for violations.

Book a sedan transfer. Our Lincoln Continental starts at $115 to Midway and $115 to O'Hare. For events, split an SUV or Sprinter van with your group to lower the per-person cost. Weekday rates are also lower than weekends.
