Evanston to O'Hare and Midway
O'Hare is about 16 miles from Evanston, typically 30 to 45 minutes via I-94 (the Edens) to I-190, depending on the time of day. For a 6 AM flight we usually suggest a pickup around 4 to 4:30 AM, which gives room for the expressway and the terminal curb. The flat sedan rate is $79, with a six-passenger SUV for families and a Sprinter van for groups flying together.
Midway is the longer run at roughly 26 miles, generally 40 to 55 minutes via the Edens to I-94 south and then Cicero Avenue, at a flat $95 sedan rate. Every arrival is flight-tracked, so if your plane is early or delayed your chauffeur adjusts and meets you curbside or at baggage claim with a name sign. Free wait time is included on tracked arrivals.
