Which Airlines Fly From Terminal 2
Terminal 2 handles United Express (United's regional partner) and part of United's remaining domestic schedule, plus all Air Canada and JetBlue flights. If your confirmation says one of those, plan on T2 for the pickup. Delta is not a T2 carrier, Delta moved its O'Hare operation to Terminal 5 in October 2022, so if your confirmation says Delta, tell dispatch the flight number and we will set the meeting point at T5 instead.
T2 is the smallest of the O'Hare domestic terminals and the easiest to work with. It has a single consolidated baggage claim level instead of T1's split concourses, so there is no guessing which level your bags land on. Air Canada's international arrivals clear customs at the international facility rather than the domestic carousel, tell us the flight and we set the meeting point correctly.
Because T2 sits between T1 and T3, terminal-to-terminal connections are quick. If a group lands split across Air Canada or JetBlue at T2 and United at T1, one chauffeur can stage both pickups on the airport loop.
Why T2 Is the Easiest O'Hare Pickup
For arrivals, the chauffeur walks in to the lower-level baggage claim with a name placard. The short walk from carousel to the chauffeur drop lane is the main reason travelers with heavy luggage, kids, or mobility needs ask for a T2 pickup. You land, text the driver, and the vehicle is at the lower-level lane in a couple of minutes. Sixty minutes of free wait is included, and flight tracking means we arrive on actual landing time.
For departures, drop-off is at the T2 upper (departures) level near your airline's check-in row. We watch the flight clock and ORD security lines and build a buffer so an early flight is not a panic. United Express, Air Canada, and JetBlue premium-cabin passengers can book the VIP Tesla or S-Class tier for the ride in.

Connections and the Ride Downtown
Because Terminal 2 sits in the middle of the O'Hare domestic cluster, it is the simplest terminal for split arrivals. If part of your group lands Air Canada or JetBlue at T2 and another flies United into T1 or American into T3, one chauffeur can stage the pickups on the airport loop rather than running separate cars. From T2 the driver takes I-190 out to the Kennedy for downtown runs, watching live traffic so a backed-up Kennedy gets routed around instead of sat in. Downtown is a flat O'Hare rate; suburb pricing scales from there, with the same number whether you book a single sedan or an SUV for a family with bags.
For international Air Canada arrivals into the customs facility, the chauffeur meets at the customs exit and the wait window is extended to cover clearance time, so a slow customs night does not turn into an extra charge. Delta and its SkyTeam partners (Air France, KLM) fly from the separate Terminal 5: if your group splits between T2 and T5, tell dispatch both flight numbers and we sequence the pickup.
