Which Airlines Fly From Terminal 2
Terminal 2 is Delta's O'Hare home, and Delta runs both domestic and international flights through it. T2 also handles part of United's schedule and some American regional flights, plus SkyTeam international partners like Air France and KLM. If your confirmation says Delta, plan on T2 for the pickup. When the airline is United or American, double-check the flight number with dispatch — those carriers split across T1, T2, and T3, and we set the meeting point by flight.
T2 is the smallest of the O'Hare domestic terminals and the easiest to work with. It has a single consolidated baggage claim level instead of T1's split concourses, so there is no guessing which level your bags land on. International Delta and Air France/KLM arrivals clear customs at the international facility, and the chauffeur meets at the customs exit rather than the carousel — tell us the flight and we set it correctly.
Because T2 sits between T1 and T3, terminal-to-terminal connections are quick. If a group lands split across Delta at T2 and United at T1, one chauffeur can stage both pickups on the airport loop.
Why T2 Is the Easiest O'Hare Pickup
For arrivals, the chauffeur walks in to the lower-level baggage claim with a name placard. The short walk from carousel to the chauffeur drop lane is the main reason travelers with heavy luggage, kids, or mobility needs ask for a Delta-at-T2 pickup. You land, text the driver, and the vehicle is at the lower-level lane in a couple of minutes. Sixty minutes of free wait is included, and flight tracking means we arrive on actual landing time.
For departures, drop-off is at the T2 upper (departures) level near the Delta check-in row. We watch the Delta clock and ORD security lines and build a buffer so an early flight is not a panic. Delta One and Premier passengers often book the VIP Tesla or S-Class tier and coordinate the return through the Delta Sky Club.
