Which Airlines Fly From Terminal 1

Terminal 1 is United Airlines' main O'Hare home, split across Concourse B and Concourse C (the two are joined by the underground walkway with the neon light tunnel). Almost all United domestic departures and arrivals run through T1, along with United Express regional flights. United is the dominant carrier here, so if your booking confirmation says United and a domestic city, plan on T1.

T1 also handles United's Star Alliance partners — Lufthansa, ANA, Air Canada, and others often park here. Some of those are international arrivals that clear customs at T1, so the meeting point shifts from the baggage carousel to the customs exit. When you book, tell dispatch the airline and flight number and we will set the right meeting spot. If you are connecting from T1 to another terminal, the chauffeur can also handle terminal-to-terminal drops on the airport loop.

Note that T1 is the only O'Hare terminal not directly next to the others — it sits past the parking garage, so the chauffeur drop and pickup lanes are on the lower (arrivals) level, away from the departures crush above.

How the T1 Meet-and-Greet Works

For arrivals, the chauffeur parks and walks inside to the baggage claim with a name placard. T1 has baggage claim on the lower level under both Concourse B and Concourse C, so your reservation specifies the carousel matched to your flight. You text or call when you land; the driver is already tracking the flight and positions near your specific carousel. There is no hunting through a rideshare lot and no peak pricing meter running while you wait for a bag.

For departures, pickup is at your home or hotel and the chauffeur drops at the T1 upper (departures) level for United. We watch the flight clock and ORD security wait times and build in a buffer so an early-morning United departure is not a scramble. Sixty minutes of free wait time is built into every arrival; flight tracking means the driver shows up on actual landing time, not the printed schedule.

United Polaris and first-class arrivals frequently book the VIP S-Class tier and coordinate with the United premium arrivals lounge. Whether it is a single executive sedan or a Sprinter for a 10-person team landing together, the booking is flat-fare by suburb — the same price at 6am or during a Friday-night rush.

T1 vs the Other O'Hare Terminals

Knowing your terminal saves real time at O'Hare. Terminal 1 (United) sits at the far end past the parking garage; Terminal 2 (Delta) and Terminal 3 (American) are clustered together; and Terminal 5 is the separate international building reached by the airport transit system. A United domestic flight is almost always T1, but if your itinerary mixes United with a Star Alliance partner, the partner flight may land at T2 — which is why we set the meeting point by flight number rather than just the airline name.

If your group connects from a T1 arrival to another terminal, or one traveler lands at T1 while another lands at T3, the chauffeur can run the airport loop to gather everyone before heading out. For a tight connection where a flight gets re-gated to a different concourse, you text dispatch and the driver repositions — no extra charge for moving between Concourse B and C baggage areas.

From T1, the typical run downtown is a flat O'Hare rate, with suburb pricing scaling from there. The driver handles the I-190 to Kennedy routing and watches live traffic, so a backed-up Kennedy gets routed around rather than sat in.
