Which Airlines Fly From Terminal 3
Terminal 3 is American Airlines' O'Hare home and the busiest single terminal at the airport. American runs most of its domestic flights through T3's four concourses, G, H, K, and L. T3 also handles a mix of other domestic carriers that use these gates, including Alaska Airlines and JetBlue, so a fair share of non-American flights land here too. If your confirmation says American and a domestic city, plan on T3.
On the international side, T3 hosts American's OneWorld partners, British Airways, Cathay Pacific, JAL, Iberia, and others. Those flights clear customs at the international arrivals facility, and the chauffeur meets at the customs exit rather than a domestic carousel. How the T3 Meet-and-Greet Works
For arrivals, the chauffeur walks in to the matched baggage claim concourse with a name placard. You text or call when you land; the driver is already tracking the flight and is positioned near your carousel. For departures, drop-off is at the T3 upper (departures) level near the American check-in row.
