Yes. Every limo rental from Royal Carriage includes a professional, uniformed chauffeur. We do not offer self-drive limo rentals. Your chauffeur is ICC-licensed, background-checked, and trained in the specific vehicle you rent. This is standard across the industry in Illinois, a commercial vehicle this size requires a licensed operator.

For Saturday nights, weddings, and prom dates, book 4-8 weeks in advance. Party buses for popular dates (December holidays, prom season, summer Saturdays) can sell out 2-3 months ahead.
