Prom season runs April through early June and Saturday nights sell out first — reserve four to six weeks out. Wedding season peaks May through October, and popular dates should be locked in well in advance. For a weekday corporate event or a quiet weeknight out, 48 hours of notice is usually enough. Holidays like New Year's Eve are the single busiest night of the year and should be booked as early as you can. A weekday rental will almost always cost less than the same vehicle on a Friday or Saturday night.

What Is Included — and What Is Not
