Where Delta Flies From in Chicago
Delta operates out of O'Hare International, not Midway, and specifically from Terminal 5. Both Delta's domestic and international flights are consolidated at T5, O'Hare's international terminal, so there is no guessing which building a Delta flight lands at. Domestic arrivals claim bags on the lower level; international arrivals clear U.S. Customs first and exit into the T5 arrivals hall.
Delta's SkyTeam partners, Air France, KLM, Korean Air, also route through O'Hare via Terminal 5, clearing customs at the same international arrivals facility. For those, the chauffeur meets at the customs exit rather than a domestic carousel. Tell dispatch the flight number when you book and we set the meeting point correctly. If you are flying Delta out of Chicago, expect a T5 drop at the departures level near the Delta check-in row.
Travelers sometimes confuse Delta with a Midway carrier. That is Southwest. Delta is firmly an O'Hare T5 operation in Chicago.
For Delta Business Travelers and Medallion Members
Frequent Delta flyers, Diamond, Platinum, and Gold Medallion members, plus Delta One and First Class passengers, make up a large share of our T5 bookings. The draw is consistency: a flat fare by suburb, a chauffeur tracking the flight, and a clean executive vehicle waiting whether the plane is on time or three hours late. For the return, the driver can coordinate around a Delta Sky Club visit so you are not standing curbside early.
Delay handling is built in. Because the chauffeur tracks the live flight status, a delayed Delta arrival simply moves the pickup time. There is no missed-pickup penalty and no peak pricing. Sixty minutes of free wait covers normal taxi-and-bag time after landing. For a business traveler expensing the trip, the flat fare makes the receipt predictable, and corporate accounts can be set up for repeat Delta itineraries.
Delta passengers also tend to choose the VIP Tesla tier. It fits Delta's sustainability messaging and is a quiet, comfortable ride after a long flight.
The Ride To and From Terminal 5
From T5 the chauffeur runs I-190 out to the Kennedy for downtown trips and watches live traffic, so a backed-up Kennedy gets routed around rather than sat in. Downtown is a flat O'Hare rate, and suburb pricing scales from there. The same number whether it is a Tuesday-afternoon arrival or a Sunday-night wave when half the flights land at once.
Terminal 5 sits about a mile from the T1-T3 domestic cluster, connected to it by the airport's ATS train, but our chauffeurs drive the roadway network directly, so a Delta arrival at T5 can still be paired with a United arrival at T1 or an American arrival at T3 in the same run. For a group landing on the same Delta flight, the SUV or Sprinter keeps everyone in one vehicle from the carousel straight home.
For the outbound, give us your Delta flight time and we set a pickup with a built-in buffer for the Kennedy and the ORD security lines, dropping you at the T5 departures level near Delta check-in.
