Chicago Sightseeing Tour by Limousine

See Chicago from the back seat of a private limo. Three curated routes — architecture, lakefront, and neighborhoods — each driven by a chauffeur who actually knows the city. No bus crowds, no fixed schedule, no headset narration. Just you, your group, and the best views in the Midwest.

Three Tour Routes

Magnificent Mile + Lakefront

2 hours

Start at the Tribune Tower and Wrigley Building on Michigan Avenue. Drive north past the Water Tower, Drake Hotel, and Oak Street Beach. Continue on Lake Shore Drive past North Avenue Beach to the Diversey Harbor overlook. Loop back through Lincoln Park past the conservatory and zoo entrance. End with a pass through the Gold Coast — Astor Street, where the mansions predate the skyscrapers.

Architecture + Loop

2-3 hours

Begin on Wacker Drive along the Chicago River — Marina City, Merchandise Mart, the Civic Opera House. Cross to the Willis Tower (formerly Sears Tower) for exterior photos. Drive through the historic Printer's Row district and Dearborn Street corridor. North on State Street past the Chicago Theatre marquee, Marshall Field's building (now Macy's), and the Reliance Building. Finish at Millennium Park — Cloud Gate (The Bean), Crown Fountain, and Pritzker Pavilion. Add 30 minutes for a walk through the Riverwalk.

Neighborhoods + Food

3-4 hours

This route covers the Chicago that tourists miss. Start in Pilsen — the 16th Street murals, the National Museum of Mexican Art area, and a taco stop at a local favorite. Drive through Chinatown for dim sum or BBQ pork buns. Continue to Bridgeport (old Mayor Daley neighborhood), then north through Little Italy and Greektown on Halsted. End in Wicker Park and Bucktown — the indie shops, street art, and coffee scene along Milwaukee Avenue. This tour rewards curiosity.

Vehicle Choices and Pricing

Cadillac Escalade ESV — from $150/hr. The most popular sightseeing vehicle. Tinted windows, leather interior, panoramic visibility. Seats up to 6 passengers comfortably. Best for couples, small families, and executive outings.

Stretch Limousine — from $175/hr. Classic sightseeing experience for groups of 6-10. Rear-facing seats give everyone a window view. Includes a bar area, fiber-optic lighting, and a partition for privacy.

Mercedes Sprinter Van — from $200/hr. The group choice for 9-14 passengers. High ceiling, forward-facing captains chairs, and enough room to stand for photos through the sunroof. Convention groups and corporate outings book Sprinters most often.

Party Bus — from $300/hr. For groups of 15-20 who want entertainment with their sightseeing. Built-in sound system, LED lighting, and a wrap-around lounge. Popular for birthday tours, bachelor/bachelorette outings, and holiday light tours in December.

What Is Included

Every sightseeing tour includes a professional chauffeur, bottled water, phone chargers (USB-C and Lightning), and all tolls. Your chauffeur doubles as a local guide — not a scripted narrator, but someone who has driven these streets for years and knows the stories behind the buildings.

We provide a printed route card at the start of each tour with photo-stop suggestions and timing. You can follow the card or go off-script. The chauffeur adjusts on the fly — if you want to spend 20 extra minutes walking the Riverwalk, the clock pauses and the car meets you at the next stop.

For convention visitors staying downtown, pickup and drop-off at your hotel is included in the hourly rate. No separate transfer charge. We pick up at McCormick Place, Navy Pier, Magnificent Mile hotels, and all Loop locations.

Chicago Sightseeing Tour FAQ

Most guests book 2 or 3 hours. A 2-hour tour covers one route well — Magnificent Mile and Lakefront, or the Architecture Loop. A 3-hour tour lets you combine two routes with photo stops. For the full Neighborhoods and Food tour, plan 4 hours to allow time for a food stop in Pilsen or Chinatown.
