Bucktown sits between the Kennedy and the river, north of Wicker Park, with the action concentrated around the Damen/North/Milwaukee six-corners and up Damen Avenue. The boutiques and design shops along Damen drive daytime traffic, and the bar-and-restaurant mix, Big Star's taco patio, Lottie's, the Map Room, Le Bouchon, keeps the nights busy. It skews young and social, so most of what we run here is group nightlife and weekend brunch rather than executive work. Street parking around the six-corners is brutal on weekends, which is exactly why groups book a ride instead of caravanning.

The natural circuit is Bucktown into Wicker Park and Logan Square, all linked by Milwaukee and Damen, so bar-crawl bookings usually cross two or three neighborhoods in a night. A 20-passenger party bus handles a group hitting Damen, then the Wicker Park bars down on Division, then back, nobody drives, nobody hunts for a spot. Late-night returns to the Northwest Side and suburbs are common since the trains stop running before the bars do, and a pre-booked pickup beats peak pricing at last call.

The Kennedy is right there: the Damen, Western, and Armitage ramps put you on I-90/94 fast, so O'Hare runs from Bucktown are quick outside rush hour, from $120 sedan, Midway $120. The trips locals book most are weekend bar crawls across the Milwaukee corridor, brunch-and-shopping outings on Damen, and late-night group returns after the trains stop.
