RSNA is the annual meeting of the Radiological Society of North America, held at McCormick Place each year over the week after Thanksgiving — running into early December. It's one of the largest medical conferences in the world, bringing radiologists, imaging-equipment makers, and healthcare executives from across the globe. The international attendance and the cold, dark Chicago weather that week make reliable pre-arranged ground transport a priority rather than a luxury — nobody wants to wait on a rideshare in late-November lake wind.

RSNA spreads across McCormick Place's buildings, with the technical exhibits and scientific sessions split between halls that are a long walk apart. Our drivers confirm the building and entrance before pickup so attendees land at the right door. Because RSNA fills downtown and South Loop hotels and runs late into the evening with industry dinners and receptions, we plan around the post-session surge — staging off the main drives and timing returns so a physician finishing a session isn't stuck at the curb during the rush.
