Planning your Charity Gala
Chicago hosts some of the largest charity galas in the Midwest — from the Art Institute to the Drake Hotel. Our bookings average 10 riders over 3–6 hours, concentrated September through December. We provide black-tie formal vehicle presentation, front-door drop-off at the venue, and VIP arrival coordination — timing arrivals so your group enters together, with multi-vehicle coordination for large tables of 10. We cover all Chicago and suburban venues, including country clubs, estates, and hotel ballrooms. Post-gala return service closes the night.
