We handle groups of any size. A single Sprinter carries 14 passengers. Our 56-passenger motor coaches handle mid-size groups. For conventions with 200+ attendees, we deploy multiple motor coaches on staggered schedules. We have coordinated ground transportation for events with over 1,000 attendees at McCormick Place.

Do you provide airport-to-convention shuttle service?

Yes — airport-to-venue shuttles are our most requested convention service. We run scheduled loops between O'Hare (all terminals), Midway, and your convention venue throughout the day. Flight tracking on every arriving passenger means the shuttle departs when the group is ready, not on a fixed schedule that leaves people behind.

Can you provide VIP sedan service for keynote speakers?

Absolutely. We deploy dedicated sedans (Lincoln Continental) or SUVs (Cadillac Escalade ESV) for VIP arrivals. Services include tarmac-level coordination at FBOs for private aviation, name-sign meet-and-greet at commercial terminals, and NDA-signed chauffeurs for confidential conversations. VIP sedan service starts at $85 per hour.

Multi-day conventions receive volume pricing based on total vehicle-hours and fleet size. A typical 3-day convention with airport shuttles, inter-hotel transfers, and VIP sedan service is quoted as a single package. We provide a detailed proposal with daily schedules, vehicle assignments, and a single consolidated invoice.

Can we put our company branding on the vehicles?

Yes — branded signage is available on all shuttle exteriors and interior welcome screens at no additional charge for multi-day bookings. Provide your logo and event branding at least 5 business days before the event. We handle production and installation.
