Dispatch tracks the tail and positions the driver inside the FBO lot before the wheels touch, so the car is already at the door when you walk off the ramp.
Each FBO has its own protocol for how close a vehicle can get. Signature ORD and Atlantic MDW often clear direct planeside drop-off; the suburban fields like DuPage and Palwaukee run a chauffeur lot with a short escort to the aircraft. Our drivers are trained on each facility's gate, security desk, and ramp rules, which is why the FBO concierges recognize Royal Carriage cars on the manifest instead of waving down an unfamiliar driver.
