Paid Monthly, Your Way

Approved concierge partners earn a 10–15% commission on every confirmed, completed trip. We reconcile at month-end and itemize each referral, so your record matches ours. High-volume desks may qualify for an enhanced rate.

We pay by ACH or checkto the account you specify. Many managed luxury hotels route vendor commissions through a hotel fund or a staff charity rather than to an individual — if that's your property's policy, we pay the account you designate. You set the arrangement; we follow it.

How does the concierge commission work, and how am I paid?

Approved concierge partners earn 10–15% on every confirmed, completed trip you refer. We reconcile monthly and pay by ACH or check to whichever account you specify. If your property routes vendor commissions through a hotel fund or staff charity — common at managed luxury hotels — we pay that designated account instead. You tell us how your hotel handles it; we follow your policy.

What does my guest pay, and will there be any surprise charges?

Your guest pays a flat rate quoted and locked at booking — no surge, no peak surcharge, no airport-wait gotchas. The price your guest hears at your desk is the price on the receipt. Gratuity is the guest's choice, stated up front.

Can you send a confirmation straight to my guest?

Yes. We send a written confirmation by text or email with the chauffeur's name and the vehicle, so you can hand the guest a detail and move on. You get the same confirmation for your records.

How fast can you confirm a car when a guest is standing at my desk?

Call our dispatch line and we confirm a vehicle and chauffeur in under 15 minutes for standard requests, often faster. Same-day and short-notice runs are accepted subject to fleet availability — dispatch gives you a live answer, not a queue.

What vehicles do you send for guest transfers?

For airport transfers and evening transport we lead with an executive sedan (Lincoln Continental / Mercedes S-Class) or executive SUV (Cadillac Escalade ESV / Lincoln Navigator). For groups we run Mercedes Sprinters. Stretch and specialty vehicles are available on request for celebrations.

Are you insured, and can the hotel get a certificate of insurance?

Royal Carriage carries commercial livery insurance and issues a certificate of insurance to your hotel's vendor or security desk on request, typically the same business day. Our chauffeurs are background-checked and drug-tested.

Who do I call — the public booking line or someone else?

You get a direct dispatch line for concierge partners, not the consumer booking number. One contact for confirmations, changes, and guest updates, staffed 24/7.
