What is included in the limo rate — are tips and tolls extra?
All quoted rates include gratuity (15%) and Illinois Tollway charges. The only potential add-on is parking at events (venue parking fees if your driver needs to park vs. idle). Airport transfers include all fees — what you see at booking is what you pay.
Is there a minimum booking requirement?
Airport and point-to-point transfers have no minimum. Hourly charters have a 2-hour minimum for sedans and SUVs, 3-hour minimum for Sprinters and 20/30-pass party buses, and 4-hour minimum for the 40-passenger coach.
Do you charge extra for late-night or early-morning rides?
No. Our rates do not change based on time of day. A 3am airport pickup costs the same as a 10am pickup. No night surcharge, no holiday markup.

What payment methods do you accept?
