Billing Built for Operators
Approved affiliate accounts are billed on net-30 terms, invoiced at month-end and itemized by trip, vehicle class, and your reference number — so your reconciliation matches ours line for line. We accept ACH, wire transfer, and corporate card.
You receive net affiliate rates rather than retail pricing, quoted per trip or as a standing rate card by vehicle class. A W-9 and certificate of insurance are provided on request, typically same business day, with your company named as certificate holder.
