Built on the wide H2 chassis, it rides taller and broader than a traditional Lincoln or Chrysler stretch, so 18 passengers sit on wraparound leather benches with real room rather than packed knee-to-knee. The cabin is the draw: a color-changing fiber-optic ceiling, LED floor and bar lighting, strobe and laser party effects, and a premium sound system with Bluetooth and aux so the group runs its own playlist from the first pickup.

The built-in wet bar comes with an ice chest and glassware, and BYOB is welcome — Illinois law allows open containers in a chauffeured vehicle, with all passengers 21 or older when alcohol is aboard.
