Wacker Drive runs as a double-decked roadway through most of the Loop, and both LaSalle and Wacker carry heavy vehicle and pedestrian traffic during business hours, curbside stopping on the upper level or in the LaSalle Street canyon can be tight at a busy building entrance. When we book your pickup, we confirm the exact address and entrance in advance so your chauffeur knows whether to hold curbside or stage in a building's garage or loading area and text you when they're in position, rather than guessing at pickup time.

For office towers and hotels with an attached or adjacent parking garage, a garage-level pickup is often the more reliable option during the morning and evening rush. It avoids circling for a curb spot on a one-way block. Curbside works well outside of peak hours or at addresses with a dedicated loading zone. Either way, tell us your building and we'll confirm the pickup point before the day of.

Loop-to-O'Hare timing tracks the rush-hour pattern on I-90: early morning and after roughly 8 PM runs closer to the 30-minute end of our stated range, midday typically lands in the middle, and the 4-to-7-PM window pushes toward the 50-minute end or a bit beyond. We build that margin into your pickup time automatically based on your flight and the hour of day.

The theater district is one of our busiest weekend draws. We cover the Chicago Theatre, the Cadillac Palace, the Goodman, the CIBC, and the Auditorium. Your chauffeur knows the show schedule and is waiting on Randolph or State when the curtain drops, so you skip the post-show rideshare queue entirely. The same goes for dinner on the Mag Mile, an evening at the Art Institute or a Millennium Park concert, or a special occasion that runs late.

For an evening with multiple stops, pre-theater dinner, the show, drinks after. We book hourly with a 2- to 3-hour minimum and one chauffeur for the whole night, so you are never re-hailing a car between stops or watching a meter. Gratuity is included in the rate.
