Typical Bar/Bat Mitzvah Day

• 8:30 AM — pickup family + grandparents
• 9:00 AM — arrive at synagogue (Skokie / Highland Park / Glencoe / Northbrook common)
• 10:30 AM — service ends
• 11:00 AM — kiddush reception at synagogue (driver waits)
• 12:00 PM — drive to luncheon venue (or family home)
• 3:00 PM — return drive — drop family + visiting grandparents at hotel

For evening receptions: separate booking from 5:00 PM - 11:00 PM with shuttle to/from hotel.

Shabbat-Aware Scheduling
