FBO and Private-Aviation Transfers

For clients flying private, VIP service coordinates with the fixed-base operators at O'Hare, Midway, and the executive fields around Chicago. That means terminal-to-tarmac pickup where permitted, the car staged before the aircraft arrives, and a dedicated greeter — none of the shared pickup zones or public-terminal waiting that come with a standard airport run. The handoff between aircraft and vehicle is planned in advance so there is no exposure on the ramp.

Motorcade Coordination and Secure Routing

When an engagement calls for more than one vehicle, we coordinate multi-vehicle convoys, plan primary and alternate routes in advance, and work directly with venue security, hotel concierges, and personal protection teams for private ingress and egress. For arrivals where press or crowds are expected, the chauffeur uses alternate entry points and tinted vehicles to keep the principal out of view. VIP-level service carries a 4-hour minimum, with executive sedans from $137/hour and Escalade SUVs from $165/hour; full security details with armored vehicles are quoted per engagement.
