Domestic arrivals in Terminals 1, 2, and 3; international arrivals in Terminal 5. You have 60 minutes of free wait time from your wheels-down timestamp, so clear customs at your own pace.
At Midway, your driver meets you curbside at the lower-level arrivals exit — the same level as baggage claim. Look for the Royal Carriage placard at the southwest corner of the pickup island. No circling, no "I'm one minute away" texts.
