Arriving at Museum of Science and Industry
The Museum of Science and Industry occupies the 1893 Fine Arts Building at 5700 S Lake Shore Dr in Hyde Park, a drive south of downtown along the lakefront. After-hours buyouts mean guests arrive in a window, so our chauffeur stages at the entrance and times the pull-up to the Lake Shore Drive approach. The Hyde Park location sits well outside the Loop, and on-site lots fill for large events, so we release curbside and hold nearby. For a museum spanning 14 acres of exhibits, a precise drop-off keeps guests heading straight into the Grand Rotunda, not hunting for the door.
