How is the price calculated?
Airport transfers are flat-rate based on pickup and drop-off location. Hourly charters are billed from the time we depart the garage to the time we return — we'll tell you the exact estimate before you book.
Is gratuity included in the quoted price?
No — gratuity is not included and is at your discretion. The standard is 15–20% for exceptional service. You can add it when booking or tip your chauffeur directly.
Are tolls and parking extra?
Tolls are included in your quoted rate. Parking fees at venues, hotels, or airports (if we wait) are billed at cost and communicated transparently before your trip.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 24+ hours before pickup receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50%. No-shows are charged in full. Plans change — contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate.
