Wine Tour Questions

What is included in the wine tour package price?

All packages include the vehicle, a professional chauffeur for the full duration, the onboard cooler, and winery coordination (where pre-booking is offered). Winery tasting fees are not included — these are paid at each winery and typically run $10–$25 per person per stop. We're transparent about this so there are no budget surprises.

Can we bring our own alcohol on the vehicle?

Yes — BYOB is welcome on all wine tour bookings. Many groups bring a pre-trip bottle to enjoy on the drive out. We provide a cooler with ice, glasses, and a wine opener onboard. We ask that you avoid glass bottles on the party bus format; the Sprinter van has no restrictions.

How far in advance should we book a wine tour?

For fall harvest season (September–November), book 4–6 weeks in advance — this is our busiest wine tour period and the Sprinter vans fill up. Spring and summer tours can typically be booked 2–3 weeks out. We recommend booking early if your dates are inflexible.

Can you create a custom wine tour itinerary?

Absolutely. Many groups have a specific winery, restaurant, or region in mind. Call us and describe what you're envisioning — our team will map out a route, suggest stops that fit the time window, and coordinate reservation timing at wineries that require advance booking.

Is a deposit required to reserve the wine tour?

Yes — a 25% deposit secures your date and vehicle. The balance is due 7 days before the tour. Cancellations with more than 72 hours' notice receive a full refund of the deposit. Within 72 hours, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled date within 90 days.

Book Before Harvest Season Fills

September through November is peak wine tour season. Sprinter vans book out 4–6 weeks in advance. Call now to lock in your date and start planning your itinerary.
