How much do I save on a round-trip booking?
You save 10% on the combined fare. For example, a round-trip sedan from downtown Chicago to O'Hare would be $178 if booked as two separate one-way trips, but $160 when booked as a round trip — saving you $18. The savings increase with larger vehicles: a round-trip Sprinter saves $28.
Do I get the same driver for both legs?
We prioritize assigning the same driver for both legs when timing allows. For airport round trips where there are days between legs, you may get a different driver but will always receive the same vehicle class and the same professional service.
What if my return flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time. If it is delayed, your driver's pickup time adjusts automatically. You do not need to call, rebook, or pay extra. This is included with every airport round-trip booking at no additional cost.
Can I change my return time after booking?
Yes. Contact us at least 2 hours before your scheduled return and we will adjust the time at no extra charge. For same-day changes with less than 2 hours notice, call (224) 801-3090 and we will do our best to accommodate.
