Why are your prices lower than rideshare?
Our rates are flat — locked when you book. Rideshare apps surge 2-5x during peak hours, events, and bad weather. Our $75 sedan to O'Hare is $75 whether it's Tuesday at noon or Saturday at midnight.
Are there hidden fees?
No booking fees, no fuel surcharges, no cancellation penalties (with 24-hour notice). Gratuity is the only addition, and it's at your discretion.
How does hourly pricing work?
Hourly rates apply to multi-stop trips: bar crawls, wine tours, sightseeing. There's typically a 2-3 hour minimum depending on the vehicle. Point-to-point transfers use flat rates instead.
Do prices change for holidays or events?
Standard rates apply year-round. We don't surge for New Year's Eve, prom season, or Lollapalooza weekend. The only exception is specialty decorating for weddings, which is quoted per request.
Is a deposit required?
Point-to-point transfers require no deposit. Hourly bookings and large vehicles may require a 50% deposit at booking, refundable with 24-hour cancellation notice.
