What is the minimum booking?+
Two hours for all vehicle types. After the minimum, you are billed in 30-minute increments.
Can I extend my booking on the spot?+
Yes, subject to availability. Most extensions are approved instantly. Just tell your chauffeur or call dispatch.
Is gratuity included in the hourly rate?+
Gratuity is not included. Industry standard is 18-20% and can be added at the end of your trip.
