Yes. Your chauffeur parks in a pre-arranged holding location and returns to the drop-off point as the show ends. You'll get a text with their live location so you know exactly where to meet.
Can we bring drinks for the ride?
Illinois law permits sealed alcohol for passengers 21+ in licensed chauffeured vehicles. We provide complimentary bottled water and ice; BYO the rest. No open containers if the vehicle is a sedan or SUV.
Is there a minimum for concert transportation?
Typical concert bookings are 4-5 hours (round-trip with venue hold). For very short runs inside the city we can quote a flat transfer rate instead.
What happens if the concert runs late?
Standard wait is included. If the show runs past the reserved window, overtime bills at the hourly rate in 15-minute increments — no panic fees, no surge.
Can you handle a group arriving on different flights or trains?
Yes. We'll dispatch multiple vehicles to consolidate your group at a pre-show dinner spot or directly at the venue. Just give us the manifest when you book.
