- Credit Card Fees: When you pay by credit card, our pricing will include any credit card processing fees that are incurred for the service charge. We aim to make this clear at the time of booking or payment.
- Our Tipping Policy:
- We do not automatically add a tip or gratuity to your bill if you book with us directly via phone or other non-online methods.
- The only exception is if you choose to book your service yourself online through our website. In that scenario, there might be an option to include a tip during the online booking process.
- Importantly, Royal Carriage Limo does not demand that customers pay a tip to the company or directly to the driver. While our drivers greatly appreciate tips as a recognition of excellent service, whether or not you choose to tip, and the amount, is generally at your discretion (unless, as mentioned, it's part of an online booking selection you make).
What is the cancelation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we try to be as flexible as possible while also managing our schedule and commitments. Here’s a breakdown of our cancellation policy: "We consider our cancellation policy to be standard, and we always aim to work with you, our customer, at every step.
- Booking Deposit: To secure your reservation and vehicle, we require a deposit at the time of booking.
- Full Payment: The remaining balance for your service is charged in full two days (48 hours) prior to your scheduled event date.
Here is how refunds are handled if you need to cancel:
- If you cancel less than 72 hours before your scheduled service, but more than 24 hours before: You will receive a 50% refund of the total service cost. (This means 50% of the total cost is non-refundable).
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service: You will receive a 25% refund of the total service cost. (This means 75% of the total cost is non-refundable).
- If you cancel on the same day of your scheduled service: The full service charge applies, and unfortunately, no refund can be issued for same-day cancellations.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak dates like prom season, holidays, and wedding weekends. For airport transfers, 24-48 hours notice is usually sufficient. For weddings and special events, booking 2-4 weeks ahead helps ensure your preferred vehicle is available. Last-minute requests are welcome.
